Our Memorable Journey

Our 3 founders started TST Technology in the 3rd year of their college to put their skills to use and help startups with the power of technology. Daxesh Italiya was the core technical expert who worked on the projects, Hiren Kalariya worked on the projects as well as helped manage them at a higher level, and Parth Makwana developed the business by being the face of the company and bringing in new projects. The company website, an earlier version of the same website you’re on right now, went live in the evening at 6:30 pm on 1st July 2021. We provided the core services of UI/UX Design, Website and Mobile App Development, Software Development, SaaS Product Development and IT Consultancy. 

TST Technology had a first home before it had an office and the experience the team had their is unparalleled. We say home because the first few teammates of TST Technology were not native to the headquarters of Ahmedabad. So the company acquired a spacious apartment to double as a living premise and an office. The apartment holds some very good memories of late-night coding, long meetings, shared dreams of the future and many more. TST Technology went global with our first international client from this very same place.

The first successful year of the company was celebrated in high spirits as TST Technology expanded its portfolio and its team size too. The company now had experts for specific domains- NodeJS, ReactJS, DevOps and more. We were working globally on projects from 5 different countries and many major cities of India such as Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru. The birthday bash was a major hit as we all came together to celebrate the company’s and each other’s wins. 

TST Technology acquired its first corporate office, now serving as its headquarters, in Ahmedabad. It was a testament to how far the company had come from just a year ago. TST Technology now had 15+ teammates and was working in 10+ industries by then. The office served as a meeting place for our clients and teammates in a professional setting. We say professional but the office is actually made into a second home by its teammates-  not only because of the sheer amount of time they spend here! The place is very comfortable and personalized for maximum productivity and creative thinking. 

TST Technology established a second base in Surat for our 20+ teammates situated there. The Surat office is led by our Co-founder and CTO, Mr. Daxesh Italiya and can be labeled as our Chief Development Hub! We have a solid Flutter Development and React Development team working from there. 

We had a great birthday bash celebrating 2 years of success with 35+ teammates with achievements of acquiring 2 new offices in the past year itself. The company had by then worked in 7+ countries so far with 20+ successful projects spanning across 15+ industries. A new in-house product was also in the works and recruitment was moving ahead full steam to accommodate the growing business. The motto of “Your Business is Our Business” was reinforced by thanking all the clients so far for their faith in us and our growth. The teammates were undoubtedly the stars, whose dedication and hardwork were pivotal in achieving this milestone.

TST Technology proudly launched its own first-ever in-house product Toolplate, an AI tools platform, to help people be the most productive and efficient. Toolplate currently has a vast array of offerings including researched AI tool reviews, AI-related blogs, specialized listicles recommending AI tools, the latest AI news, the submit-your-AI-tool feature and more. The star feature, however, is its Prompt Search feature, letting users find AI tools based on what requirement they have- it is super easy and intuitive to use, aligned with our ultimate goal to help everyone save their time and be their very best.

Like every other company, TST Technology also faced difficulties. One of these was the lack of options when it came to server monitoring and being alerted to any problems. When the end users encountered a bug or the client called to let us know, only then we discovered there was a problem. After that, we had to troubleshoot to find the problem and then solve it. The whole process resulted in a lot of downtime. TST Technology, under the initiative and leadership of Daxesh Italiya, created Woofer, a server monitoring platform that helps developers and business owners stay on top of their tech and be the first ones to know when and what problem arises.

TST Technology created its own HRMS for in-house use that contains the features most required by the team for being their most productive. It is very user friendly with a color scheme that makes your heart happy when you log in to work. The HRMS is very light weight that takes next to no time to load. TST Technology believes in using only the best, and if the best doesn’t exist, we’ll make it ourselves. The same ideology translates even routine work into extraordinary for our clients.

The third birthday bash comes at a time when the company and team have matured with 3 product launches in the last year. We have now finished 30+ successful projects with leadership in Fintech, Healthcare, and EdTech fields. The board of members has been pivotal in creating processes for being more productive with Standard Operating Procedures, helping every teammate achieve personal and professional goals, and expanding knowledge with Group Discussions and other initiatives. Innovation Day was also observed under the leadership of Daxesh Italiya, to encourage the team to share improvement areas and suggestions company-wise to make us more user-friendly and efficient.
