Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Business Developer who can proactively identify growth opportunities, build meaningful client relationships, and lead impactful outreach campaigns. This role blends strategy, communication, and technology; perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and driving business forward.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify and generate new leads in domestic and international markets.
  • Plan, execute, and manage outbound sales campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Proficient in using AI tools to work smarter and faster for better results
  • Write persuasive outreach emails and follow-ups tailored to specific audiences
  • Analyse email campaign performance (open rates, replies, conversions) and suggest optimizations
  • Conduct professional outreach via LinkedIn and grow relevant networks
  • Able to understand technical requirements and create a higher-level business requirements document (BRD)
  • Create pitches for new leads from scratch with tools and team collaboration 
  • Maintain and update the business development portfolio and pitch presentations
  • Attend online/offline meetups, industry events, and networking sessions to build connections
  • Research markets, competitors, and trends to uncover new business opportunities
  • Able to discover and form partnerships with foreign agencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create targeted strategies for different client segments
  • Maintain CRM tools to log all lead interactions, follow-ups, and deal stages
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation assets and brand positioning

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in IT services or SaaS, with a Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in writing outreach emails, handling email campaigns, and analyzing performance
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Comfortable attending and initiating conversations at professional events and meetups
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing basics
  • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
