UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability studies, to gather insights and make data-driven design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that showcase intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Design user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation buttons.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices to continuously enhance user experiences.
• Work within project deadlines and contribute to a fast-paced development environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or other relevant software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and user-centered design principles.
• Basic understanding of front-end languages (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and improve upon designs iteratively.
