Senior Sales Executive

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with 5+ years of experience in B2B and B2C sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful inbound and outbound sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Lead Management: Oversee inbound leads generated through marketing efforts, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into sales.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast sales and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and enhance the customer experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to senior management for decision-making.
  • Training & Mentorship: Mentor junior sales team members, sharing best practices and strategies for success.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
